Set up contact requests

Let visitors leave their details right from your assistant.

With contact requests on, your assistant can collect a visitor's name, email, phone and message when they want you to get back to them. You turn it on under the Contact tab in your assistant's settings. Contact requests are part of the Business and Business MAX plans.

Turn on contact requests and add a short intro line.
  1. 1

    Turn on contact requests

Open your assistant's settings and go to the Contact tab. Switch on Enable contact requests. Once it's on, your assistant can offer a short form whenever a visitor wants to be contacted.

  2. 2

    Add an intro line

Set a short intro line that appears above the form, for example "Leave your details and we'll get back to you." Keep it to one sentence. Leave it blank to use the default wording.

  3. 3

    How visitors send a request

When someone asks to be contacted, the assistant opens a form for their name, email, phone and a short message. It works the same in chat or during a voice call, where the assistant opens the form on screen. Only the email is required.

Want an email the moment a request comes in? See Contact request notifications to choose who gets notified. Every request is also saved in your dashboard.

Common questions

Which plans include contact requests?

Contact requests are included on the Business and Business MAX plans. Trials count too, so you can try them out before you commit.

Is this the same as bookings?

No. Bookings let visitors reserve a time slot, while contact requests simply collect their details so you can follow up. You can turn on either one, or both.

Can visitors send a request by voice?

Yes. During a voice call the assistant opens the same contact form on screen, so the visitor can type their details and send it.
