Any time you want to see how your assistant behaves, you can open a live preview and try it exactly as your visitors will. It's a safe test space: nothing you do here is saved or counted.
In your dashboard, click Preview at the top of the page. A window opens with your assistant running live, styled with your brand color and voice, just like it appears on your website.
Start a voice call or type a message. Your assistant answers from your knowledge, in the visitor's language, exactly as it will on your live site.
Not quite right? Tweak your voice, instructions, or the widget's look, then reopen the preview to check. Every change shows up the next time you open it.
Not in Test mode, the default: nothing is saved or billed. Integration mode counts toward your usage.
No. You can open the preview any time, even before the snippet is on your site.
The preview shows the assistant itself. The colors and layout around it come from your own pages, but the assistant's brand color, name, and voice match your settings.
