Search and filter conversations

Narrow a long history down to the one you need.

As your history grows, the tools above the Conversations list help you find the right one fast. You can combine them however you like.

Set rows per page, search by keyword, then filter by time — the tools combine to narrow a long history down.

Search by keyword

Type in the Search box above the list to match conversations by what was said. The list filters as you type, so you can spot the right one without scrolling.

Filter by time

Use the timeframe menu to limit results to All time, 1 year, 1 month, or 1 week. It's handy for focusing on recent activity or a specific stretch.

Set rows per page

Choose how many rows to show at once with Rows per page (10, 25, 50, or 100), then move between pages with the pager. The total number of matching conversations is shown next to it.

Common questions

Can I combine search and a timeframe?

Yes. Search and the timeframe filter work together, so you can narrow by both at the same time.

Why can't I find an old conversation?

Check that the timeframe isn't limiting the range and clear the search box. A deleted conversation won't appear at all.
