Delete a conversation

Remove a conversation and its transcript for good.

Removing a conversation permanently deletes its transcript and AI summary. You do this from the same panel you use to read it.

Open a conversation, click Delete conversation, then confirm.

Open the conversation

Go to the Conversations tab and click the conversation you want to remove. It opens in a side panel with the AI summary and full transcript.

Delete it

Click Delete conversation at the bottom of the panel, then confirm in the dialog that appears. The conversation is removed right away and disappears from your list.

Deleting is permanent and can't be undone. If you might need a record, download a PDF first.

Common questions

Can I undo a deletion?

No. Once you confirm, the transcript and summary are gone for good, so download a PDF first if you might need it later.

Does deleting free up my monthly limit?

No. Your monthly count reflects the conversations handled during the period, so removing a record afterward doesn't add the slot back.

Can I delete several at once?

Not yet. Open each conversation and delete it individually.
