Add anything that isn't on your website: facts, policies, and PDFs.
Your website covers most questions on its own. For anything that isn't published there, add it by hand. Manual knowledge and files sit alongside your site under the Knowledge tab in your dashboard.
Use the Manual knowledge box for extra facts, policies, or answers on top of your website. Add anything a visitor might ask that isn't on your site. Opening hours, pricing ranges, return policies, and FAQs all work well. For example:
Drag documents like menus, brochures, or price lists into the upload area, or click to browse (up to 10 MB each). Kisnip reads them and adds their content to your assistant's knowledge.
Click Save knowledge when you're done. There's no special format. Short, clear sentences work best, and updates apply to new conversations right away.
In plain language, like you'd explain it to a new colleague. Short, clear sentences beat long paragraphs, and there's no special format to follow.
Edit the text or upload a new file whenever something changes, then save. Your website is re-checked automatically, so you only maintain what you added by hand.
