Delete your account

Remove your account and everything tied to it.

If you no longer need Kisnip, you can delete your account yourself. This removes everything tied to it, so it's worth understanding before you start.

Open the Danger zone, click Delete account, and confirm.

Open the Danger zone

Click your name in the top right of the dashboard, choose Account settings, then open the Danger zone tab.

Delete your account

Click Delete account. For your security, you may be asked to sign in again to confirm it's really you. Confirm to finish, and your account and everything in it are removed right away.

Deleting your account is permanent. Every assistant, conversation, and lead is erased, and any active subscription ends. This can't be undone.

Common questions

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

Yes. Deleting your account ends any active plan and add-ons. You won't be billed again.

I only want to remove one assistant.

You don't need to delete your account. See Run multiple assistants to remove a single assistant instead.

Can I get my data back after deleting?

No. Deletion is permanent and immediate, so export or save anything you need first.
