Bring your AI Website to your own web address.
Already own a domain? Point it at your AI Website so visitors reach your assistant at your own web address instead of a kisnip.com one. HTTPS is handled for you.
In the same AI Website tab, find Custom domain and enter the domain you own, for example ai.yoursite.com. Click Connect domain.
We'll show you the DNS record(s) to create, usually a CNAME and sometimes a TXT record for verification. Sign in to your domain provider and add each one exactly as shown. DNS changes can take a little while to spread.
Back in Kisnip, click Check status. Once your domain checks out, your assistant is live at your own address, with HTTPS set up automatically.
Double-check the DNS record matches exactly, with no extra dots or spaces. New records can take up to an hour, sometimes longer, to take effect.
In your domain provider's dashboard, where you bought the domain, look for DNS or Records. Add the CNAME, and any TXT record we show you, exactly as displayed.
Use a subdomain like ai.yoursite.com. Root domains often can't take a CNAME, so a subdomain is the reliable choice.
