Choose or change your plan

Start, upgrade, or switch your plan from the dashboard.

Your subscription lives under Billing & plan in the dashboard. From there you can start a paid plan, move between Business and Business MAX, and switch between monthly and annual billing.

Open Billing & plan, pick a cycle, and choose your plan.

Open Billing & plan

Click your name in the top right of the dashboard and choose Billing & plan. You'll see your current plan and how many conversations you've used this month.

Pick a plan and billing cycle

Choose Monthly or Annual (annual saves about 20 percent) and pick your currency, then click Choose Business or Choose Business MAX. If you're starting your first paid plan, you'll go to secure checkout and begin a 30-day free trial. If you already pay, you'll see the new price and what changes before you confirm.

Common questions

Does my conversation limit change right away?

Yes. When you move up or down, your new monthly limit applies immediately, and it's shared across all your assistants.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, any time. Open Billing & plan, pick the cycle you want, and confirm. Annual billing is cheaper over the year.

When am I charged?

Starting a new paid plan begins a 30-day free trial, so you're not charged until it ends. Changing an existing plan shows the amount due before you confirm.
