Top up a paid plan with more agents or conversations.
On any paid plan you can top up beyond what your plan includes. Add extra agents to run more assistants, or extra conversations to raise your monthly pool. You'll find both under Billing & plan → Add-ons.
Click your name in the top right, choose Billing & plan, then open the Add-ons tab. Add-ons are available once you're on a paid plan.
Use the steppers to add extra agents ($5/month each) or extra conversations ($25/month per 100). Click Update add-ons to review the new price, then confirm. Lower the numbers and update again any time to remove them.
An agent is a separate assistant for another website, with its own knowledge, voice, and settings. See Run multiple assistants.
Each block adds 100 conversations to your monthly pool, shared across all your assistants. They reset with your plan each month.
Yes. Open the Add-ons tab, lower the count, and click Update add-ons. The change applies to your next billing period.
